Nathan Kershner, parent of Bryce (First Grade) and Ezra (Parent Toddler) will be our woodwork and practical art teacher for 2019-2020. Nathan is an accomplished woodworker with a broad skill set that includes an interest in both the functional and artistic aspects of woodcraft. He also has considerable experience working with children in a variety of settings including the traditional classroom. He has his B.S. from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. Mr. Kershner will be working with students in grades 5- 8. Welcome Mr. Kershner!
Sara Kensinger will be joining our Early Childhood staff as assistant to Sarah Franklin in the Parent Toddler Program. She is parent to Noah and Felix (Lilac Kindergarten) and has been an active substitute teacher throughout the school year. Welcome Ms. Sara!
Sarajane Brognano will be our new middle school handwork teacher. She has excellent handwork skills, especially in fiber arts that stems from a natural love of crafting. Mrs. Brognano is excited about taking up the Waldorf middle school curriculum with Lisa Carrow as her mentor. She has her B.S. from SUNY Geneseo and her Master of Arts degree from the University of Buffalo. Welcome Mrs. Brognano!
